Mainland China’s first IP arbitration center established in Xiamen

Recently, Xiamen arbitration committee IP arbitration center was established. It is the first professional IP arbitration center aiming at providing professional, convenient and effective approach for IP dispute cases.

Xiamen IP arbitration center will set up special hearing procedure, arbitrator booklet and arbitrate rules according to needs. The parties cannot only choose the dispute settlement authority and professional arbitrator whom they trust, but also can choose proper arbitrate procedure in accordance with the concrete dispute content, and even the place of the court session.
