Unitalen succeeds in Defending Beijing Tianji Construction Ltd. and Tianji Yongtai Technology Ltd. against a Lawsuit of Patent Infringement

Beijing People’s High Court made the final judgment recently on the lawsuit of patent infringement between Beijing ECC Board Ltd. as the plaintiff and Tianji Construction Board Ltd. and Tianji Yongtai Technology Ltd. as the defendants. The judgment of the High Court sustained the decision of the first instance and refuted the appeal by the plaintiff. Upon entrusted by Beijing Tianji Construction Board Ltd. and Tianji Yongtai Technology Ltd., Unitalen made quick and active response to the appeal. Ultimately, Beijing Tianji Construction Board Ltd. and Tianji Yongtai Technology Ltd. won the lawsuit of patent infringement with the assistance of Unitalen.
