International Trade Commission (ITC) of U.S.A. accepted an s.337 investigation petition against 30 companies in flooring business, lodged by Unilin Flooring N.C. and other U.S. corporations. 17 of those accused are Chinese companies. Unitalen Attorneys at Law represents Power Dekor Flooring Corp., Shengda Flooring Corp. and Vohingor Wood Product (Shanghai) Co. Ltd, actively preparing for the ongoing legal procedure.
