According to State Intellectual Property Office of PRC (SIPO) and Singapore Intellectual Property Office, China-Singapore Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) will extend two more years from September 2017 till August 31, 2019.

The extended China-Singapore PPH will add in PCT-PPH cooperation mode, which allows the applicant to initiate PPH request with PCT international stage result. The corresponding requirements and procedures will be provided in the revised China-Singapore PPH Guidelines.

As reported, SIPO initiated PPH with Singapore Intellectual Property Office since September 1, 2013, which was extended on September 1, 2015 till the end of August 2017. (Source: SIPO website)
